These SMS Terms explain the Live Free Software text messaging program: what we send, how often, and how to stop.

1.About the program

Live Free Software LLC, 1525 S Willow St, Unit 17, Manchester, NH 03103, sends text messages to people who opt in. We build websites and business software for small service businesses.

We send two kinds of texts. Each has its own, separate consent:

• Marketing texts: special offers, discounts and service updates.
• Non-marketing texts: appointment reminders, free trial updates, account and billing notices, and replies to your questions.

2.How you join

You join by checking an unchecked box on one of our web forms, texting a keyword to our number, or agreeing verbally or in writing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.

3.Message frequency and cost

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a varying number of messages; message frequency varies based on your appointments, trial and account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4.How to stop and get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 351-277-0785. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

We also accept QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE. We honor any other reasonable request to stop, made any way, within 10 business days.

5.Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
