Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Live Free Software collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Each section starts with a short summary in italics. Summaries are for convenience; the full text governs.
1.Who are we, and what does this policy cover?
In short: we are Live Free Software LLC in Manchester, NH. This policy covers our own website, accounts, billing and marketing.
"Live Free Software," "we," "us" and "our" mean Live Free Software LLC. "You" means anyone who visits our website, signs up for a free trial, becomes a client, or contacts us.

Our two roles
- When we decide how information is used, we are the "controller." This covers our website visitors, trial users, clients' account and billing details, and our own marketing.
- When our clients use our platform, they collect information about their own customers and leads. For that information, we are a "processor" or "service provider." We handle it only on our client's instructions.
If you are a customer of a business that uses our platform, that business's privacy policy applies to you. Please contact that business first. We will help them answer your request.
Websites we build for clients are covered by each client's own privacy policy, not this one.
2.What information do we collect?
In short: what you give us, what your device sends automatically, the content of messages and calls, and some information from other services.
Information you give us
- Name, email address, phone number and business name
- Billing details and account login credentials
- Support messages, form and survey answers, and appointment details
- Files and content you upload to the platform
Information collected automatically
- IP address, device type and browser
- Pages you view, the site that referred you, and session data
- Cookie and tag data (see Section 7)

Content of communications
This includes text message and chat content, emails, call recordings, voicemails, transcripts and AI-generated call summaries.
Information from other sources
We receive information from payment processors, social platforms (such as lead forms and messages you send us there), verification providers, and public sources.
Free trial checks
When you start a free trial, we verify your phone number and check your IP address and device signals. This prevents repeat trials and fraud.
Payment cards
Our payment processor collects and processes your card details. We do not store full card numbers. We keep only the last four digits, card brand and expiry date.
Sensitive information
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information, such as health, financial-account or precise-location data. We do not collect voiceprints or other biometric identifiers to identify anyone.
3.How do we use your information?
In short: to run the service, bill you, answer you, send messages you agreed to, keep things secure, and follow the law.

AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence (AI). These include the chat assistant, voice assistant, content drafting, call summaries and review-reply drafts.
- AI features are run by AI model and speech providers working for us.
- We do not allow these providers to train their general models on your data.
- AI output can be wrong. A person can review it on request.
- When you talk with an AI assistant, we tell you at the start.
Automated decisions
We do not make any decision about you based only on automated processing that has a legal or similarly significant effect.
Aggregated data
We may combine information into aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify anyone. We use these to improve our service. We will not try to re-identify anyone from them.
Visitors from the EEA or UK
If those laws apply, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you, your consent (for marketing), our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful service.
4.How do we share your information?
In short: only with service providers who help us run the platform, and when the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We share information with companies that perform services for us. They may use it only to provide those services. They include:

We also accept PayPal and Klarna. When you pay with either, they process your payment details under their own privacy policies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics. To learn how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We do not use advertising pixels on our website. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and give you a way to opt out.
Legal requests and protecting rights
We disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order. We also disclose it to protect the rights, safety and property of our clients, the public or ourselves.
We require valid legal process before sharing information with law enforcement. Where the law allows, we notify the affected client first.
Business transfers
If we merge, are acquired, or sell our assets, information may transfer to the new owner. This policy will continue to protect it.
5.SMS and text messaging
In short: we text you only if you opt in. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. We never share your mobile number for anyone else's marketing.
How you consent
You can opt in to texts from Live Free Software by checking an unchecked box on our web forms, texting a keyword to our number, or agreeing verbally or on paper. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We send two kinds of texts, each with its own consent: marketing texts (special offers, discounts and service updates) and non-marketing texts (such as appointment reminders and account notices).
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Our system honors STOP immediately. We honor any other reasonable opt-out request, by any channel, within 10 business days.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 351-277-0785. See our SMS Terms for full details.
We do not share your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message monitoring
Our communications providers and wireless carriers may monitor message content to prevent spam and fraud.
6.Calls, voice and AI interactions
In short: calls may be recorded and transcribed, and we always tell you at the start. AI assistants identify themselves.
Call recording
Calls to and from Live Free Software may be recorded and transcribed, including by AI, for quality and record-keeping. A notice plays at the start of every recorded call. New Hampshire law requires the consent of everyone on a call, and we follow it.
If you don't want to be recorded, say so at the start or ask us to call you back without recording. We keep recordings and transcripts for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Automated calls and texts
We make autodialed, prerecorded or AI-voice calls only to people who have given prior express consent. Every such call identifies us and tells you how to opt out.
Chat and AI assistants
Our website chat may be answered by an automated AI assistant. It says so at the start. Conversations are recorded and processed by an AI provider working for us. You can ask for a person at any time. Please don't share sensitive information, such as card numbers or health details, in chat.
Video meetings and note-takers
If we use an AI note-taker in a video meeting, we announce it at the start. We keep meeting transcripts for up to 12 months.
7.Cookies and tracking
In short: we use necessary, functional and analytics cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control.

Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of any sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Cookie Settings link in our footer. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

- Access is limited to people who need it, and all users must use two-factor authentication.
- We keep activity logs and regular backups.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we delete it. We do not sell information about, or target ads to, anyone we know is under 18. You must be 18 or older to open an account.
12.Where is information stored?
In short: in the United States.
We store and process information in the United States. Some of our providers' support staff may access data from other countries, including India, under contracts that protect it.
We currently serve US businesses only. We do not target people in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada or Australia. If that changes, we will update this policy and use approved safeguards for international transfers.
13.Health information (HIPAA)
In short: please do not put patient health information into our platform.
Live Free Software is not a HIPAA covered entity. We do not currently offer a HIPAA-enabled account or sign Business Associate Agreements. Clients must not submit protected health information (PHI) to our platform. PHI must never be entered into AI features.
